Run the recovery sequence

Each action unlocks only after the server verifies the required state.

    Send a file to the fixed production blob, then verify it directly in Azure.

    JPEG, PNG or TXT, maximum 5 MiB. The server chooses a fixed demo/hero path from the media type.

A matching SHA-256 confirms that the protected file is identical to its source.

Evidence is a timestamped check of the configured JPG, PNG or TXT demo path. It does not claim that every other path in either container is empty. This is a shared public demo, so refresh if another visitor changes the state.
